Hi Muntaha,
Just a quick update on our conference in Zanzibar. We had a great time and thank you so much for organizing it so well.
La Gemma was amazing with their accommodation and conference facilities. The staff played their part well and were there for us anytime we needed them.
Definitely a recommendation to your clients with an excellent service given by them.
Madeira tours did an outstanding job as well with efficient timings in pickups and transfers to the hotel and stone town. The cars were in good condition and all the drivers were friendly and information. Abdullah, really went out of his way in serving us and was in constant touch with me- didn’t feel lost at all in Znz. He also helped us in ticket reconfirmations- all in all a very helpful and caring tours company. Special thanks to Abdullah for tolerating our last minute changes.
And finally Ms. Muntaha, a whole bunch of thank you for your hard work in organizing and liaising with the hotel, air tickets and the transfers in ZNZ. The conference went smoothly and was a success.

Stephen and I would like to thank you for all your assistance for our holiday. We would especially like to thank you for the super driver that you provided for us.
Shabani was a wonderful driver, very careful and safety concious, but apart from that he was always punctual, polite and good fun to be with, he certainly made our holiday more enjoyable, he is very professional and we would recommend him as a driver or guide to anyone.
We enjoyed our safari back to Tanzania and it was good to go down memory lane and to visit old places and meet up with some old friends.

Dear Muntaha,
Our Vacation started by NOT receiving our 2 bags which had everything.
BUT BUT BUT,
We are back from our vacation safe and sound (we are still dreaming about it). We still wished could have stayed on but you KNOW there's an end to everything.
CAIRO
Our family would like to thank you here and the whole team in Egypt starting with Mr. Bishoy for his welcoming and assistance on our arrivals and departures, Mr. Ashraf our incredible driver (Will never be forgotten). Our guide Ms Helpes who opened our eyes and ears with great history at the Egyptian Museam, Great Pyramids of Giza, the cotton and papyrus shops in Cairo.
LUXOR
Our almost friendly Tour Guide from Luxor Mr. Martiro who has given us the most incredible tour and great information of the Egyptian History of which Our son Zeus (7) even talks it to his cousins back here home and our friends. They all made our vacation and tour ended so succesfully and made us happy, the momeries will always stay in our hearts.
Our Cruise in Nile Festival ship was like being at home all staff were so friendly, service was excellent , food so delicious, rooms where clean, Zeus (7) years old never felt bored made friends with Mimi, Mero and Khaled both our cruise ship staff we were well entertained and given the most respectiful and desired service at all times, of which we appreciated all the time.
Well nothing more to say just to say thanks once again and keep it up.
